HPS TS 70-82/50-32 Precision soil tillage

Soil loosening with high-pressure air:

The most important nutrients for plants is the soil, however, there is less than the optimal 25% air in the compacted soil, which hinders root growth, water uptake and nutrient absorption. The equipment allows a sufficient amount of air to be introduced deep into the soil under high pressure, loosening it, and by that:

  • increases the yield
  • natural pest control with the collapse of soil passages
  • greatly aids the absorption of groundwater
  • allows the recultivation of landfills.

Nutrient intake with high-pressure air:

In addition to high-pressure air, various materials can also be mixed, delivering fertilizer and other materials directly to the root, therefore:

  • significantly less fertilizer is needed
  • the fertilizer can be applied at any time (no need to wait for rain, no need to be afraid of the wind blowing it)
  • according to the micro-map of the soil, the nutrient intake can be changed from tree to tree,
  • can be used for soil remediation.

The precision soil tillage technology (TS 70-82/50-32 equipment):

The high-pressure air cultivates the soil in a diffuse way, opening the pore passages. The ingested air eliminates the oxygen-deficient state, improves root respiration, microbial activity, and oxidizes the harmful, reductive ions.

Thanks to the technology, the nutrient reaches the roots directly, thus significantly aiding in nutrient absorption. In addition, a unique nutrient mix can be ingested into the soil to better meet the needs of the soil.

During the process, the ventilation of the soil is recorded with measuring points, and a map is created with GPS coordinates, on which the measured values are also created. This way the process can be coordinated even remotely, and at the same time, it makes the post control and the processing of the data possible as well. Using current and historical data, the time and rate of the next ventilation and nutrient intake can be calculated and planned.
